"We were not told the property was under renovation. We did not have hot water and electricity was off most the day. They never informed us this would happen when we checked in also the pool was out of order and that was the main reason we booked this hotel with kids. They had only one elevator working and it was impossible to get on the elevator because the construction crew was using it the whole time "

It’s clean and nice but don’t expect to get any rest
The people staying here both nights were incredibly noisy

"The Middle Eastern girl working the night desk was extremely friendly and professional, i really wish I'd gotten her name to put here, but she was awesome!
