"Just to keep things in perspective, the issues I had seemed to be temporary due to construction but none the less what I experienced. The room was extremely hot. When I called down to the front desk to ask about it, they told me it was a known issue and should be fixed the next day. It was very hot for a couple days and then a little more managable the rest of the week but I had to keep the balcony door open the entire time (Febuary) just to keep the room at a manageable temp. "Wow! Loved this hotel! The decor is stunning, the beds are super comfy, the location on the lake is dreamy, and the breakfast was excellent! We loved being on the lake and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We also the loved the historic appeal of many of the rooms. The sauna was enjoyable and an added bonus. Will return one day! "
