"We were very impressed with the size of the room. It was very very nice. The negatives were it could be cleaner. The ceiling fan was dirty. The windowsills were not clean. The fridge had a lot of ice buildup in it and it caused a lot of our food to freeze so we lost some of our produce. The outdoor waterpark and pools were very nice and overall I would give this an eight out of 10."

"The property is definitely stunning and close to many things, however I found myself disappointed. The room was okay. Good view and lots of room to store your items. However, the sheets had multiple hairs and same with the bathroom floor. The carpet was disgusting and dirty and lifting up in some areas. "This is a unique place that seems to be a labor of love for the owners. It is NOT corporate. Breakfasts were creative and good. Radium is a small town and some of the restaurants were booked up. We stayed 3 nights and ate at the "Horsethief" bar across the street, which was surprisingly good. The best part for us was easy access to trails in the Kootenai National Park. The Radium Hot Springs were nice, too."

"The restaurant had a very nice outside dining area for appreciating weather and also offered a great selection of gluten free items properly prepared. The rooms are very basic and the property doesn’t offer any common areas outside other than the restaurant. There is a very nice trail adjacent to the inn with a very rugged little creek and an overgrown frisbee golf. Unfortunately these rooms have not found a way of silencing the slamming door. You will need to book the workout room in advance...

"I reserved and paid for a forest-view room, but I was given a street-view room instead. On the second night, one of the guests was extremely noisy until 6:00 a.m., so we couldn't get any sleep. I had to drive for eight hours afterward, which made the situation even worse. I will never stay there again."

"The section we were in is showing its age. Balcony furniture old and dilapidated. Bathroom sink taps were sticking badly. Restaurant not easily handicapped accessible."
