"We have stayed here multiple times and are always impressed. Impeccably clean room and super easy check in. I like that they have a refrigerator and microwave available. Will continue to stay here in the future. "

"No breakfast at this location they said since covid, this location cost more than others in the area with Breakfast. Front desk sells coke and other drinks, but had to use a credit card for a $5 purchase not cash. Stayed two nights no room cleaning or new paper cups in the room for coffee. The heating system didn't work properly in the room."

"Best hotel in Michigan hands down. Clean and staff are friendly and kind. They have lots of amenities and the outdoor pool is always fun! They made a great latte downstairs too. I love the complimentary wine at check in and got cocoa for kids. The cabana is a great experience too ..u have to book those."

"Rm had a dirty bandaid on side of jacuzzie dried scum marks in the shower. Ive stayed the there numerous times and this was by far the worst time. Paid 350 dollars for a dirty rm and only stayed one night got stuck in a snow storm second night and didnt make it back. I do not recommend, they do not care that there rms are dirty and will not correct it but lie to you and tell you they clean there bathrooms everyday but my pictures tell me different. "

"I expected it to be nicer comparatively speaking from past stays at other Indigo Hotels. There was a giant water stain on the ceiling of our room. The Fire place didn’t work in the room. For the price, you would think that they would at least have a complimentary pot of coffee available in the lobby. Instead everything had to be purchased in the hotel restaurant!"

"Guests are unable to control the temperature of the heat in their room. I was able to turn off the fan blowing the warm air. It was 74, too warm for my wife and I to sleep in. Also, the beds have a sheet, a thick duvet and bedspread. Duvet made sleeping even hotter, so we chose just to use the sheet. Bathroom has only a passive ceiling vent, no fan. I understand this was common in older buildings, but an upgrade would be nice. It took a half hour for condensation to clear from the mirror after a...

"We traveled during late winter so price was excellent. Room was fresh and modern. Very easy access and check in. I will definitely stay again. "
