"Every CitizenM property I stayed in was great in the same aspects as this Seattle hotel. Modern, clean, joyful, great staff, with everything one may need. It's a different kind of experience than a traditional hotel, so more traditional travelers may find it awkward, because the concept is completely revamped, and I guess catered to younger guests. "Nice and clean. Bed and pillows were super comfy! Food was ok, upset my stomach a little and a bit pricey but breakfast was really good. The balcony was very narrow and no privacy from the other rooms. But overall was a really nice stay."

"Loved my room! Two things: my room felt a bit on the cool side, even with the thermostat maxed out at 76. I thought I felt cool air coming out of the vent (but was too tired to contact the desk about it). The bathroom ceiling fan could use a dusting. All in all, very happy."
