"Good stay in an ideally placed hotel. Good value. The room was ok but narrow and long so felt a little odd."

"There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. You just needed your own soap. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was furnished. "

"Fantastic small hotel in the heart of the stunning old town in Tallinn. The staff were absolutely amazing, so helpful and friendly - and clearly take pride in their jobs. We had a really nice room overlooking the courtyard, which had all the amenities you’d need and plenty of space, and even fully functioning air conditioning - which I didn’t expect in such a historic building! I had my birthday whilst visiting and the staff made a big effort to recognise it. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel...

"Huoneet erittäin siistit ja nykyaikaiset. Avulias ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Aamiainen kattava,ja maukas. Pysäköintihallissa hyvin tilaa, minkä lisäksi kaksi EuroParkin operoimaa sähköauton latauspistettä. Kannattaa huomioida, että ajoneuvon maksimikorkeus hallissa on 1,9m."
