Abandonded hotel

The booking was accepted and confirmed. An email say the bus was delayed was acknowledged. When I got there the place was shuttered and locked. It has been the same all my time in Puno. I contacted Expedia about this and have received no reply.

Pésimo, la Posada estaba CERRADA. NUNCA ATENDIÓ NADIE. USTEDES TIENEN QUE VERIFICAR ESTO ANTES DE CONFIRMAR UNA RESERVA COMO LO HICIERON. ME PASÓ LO MISMO EN EL HOTEL SILPAY, EN TACNA. EN NINGUNO DE LOS DESTINOS (PUNO Y TACNA) PUDE DORMIR EN LOA DOS HOTELES CON RESERVA CONFIRMADA X MAIL!!!! ES INACEPTABLE, Y EXIJO UNA EXPLICACION.
