From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with professional hospitality, and the entire staff was fluent in English, making everything seamless. ​The hotel is beautifully decorated, from the lobby to the restaurant, creating a wonderful atmosphere for guests. Our room was spotless and featured a breathtaking, dreamy view of the lake. We were touched by the thoughtful details, like the fresh flowers and the delicious variety of fresh fruits waiting for us in the room. ​The dining experience was a highlight—the dinner was incredibly tasty with a wide variety of options and great drinks. The breakfast was equally impressive, offering a luxurious and top-tier selection. ​We highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and service. "Rosario Hotel has Cesar who goes out of his way to please. The rooms are nice & roomy. The food at the restaurant is excellent. It was nice coming back to the hotel after a day of sightseeing. "

"Facilities very nice, the view, the beds were great but hot water not working well, only staff we met, left in the rush to social event and didn’t come back at all so neighbors had to fix breakfast for us in our room because there were no key to get in dining room , access with luggage also difficult because it is located a the top of the mountain "

"Quite a walk from town (and as of Mar 2026 the road is under construction), front desk not 24hrs, no restaurant or deli onsite. Very minimal staff but the one employee we saw was very friendly and helpful. The property will be very nice once repaired. Our room was missing a window covering, bathroom window taped shut, no soap. Good value for the price but would choose to stay elsewhere next time. The Llamas and cats were the highlight of our stay. "

"Beautiful location, perfect view of the lake and near by the dock. The place is run by a young couple. They only have 3 units so very tentive to our needs. The wife is an excellent cook, better than restaurant food we had in copacabana. We had one of the best meals. "

"Don't book this hostel. The staff in the hostel did not know anything about my booking. They told me they don't work with Expedia any more. They searched their system to help me but nothing came up. When I complained to Expedia, online, the assistant called me back and offered to search for rooms in other hostels/hotels but the damage to my schedule was already done. "
