"they placing of the coffee away from the breakfast layout and having a espresso bar at he start where the free coffee should have been with no warning the espresso was not included in the cost of breakfast."

"The staff were great, l also appreciated the location, hot tubs and room facilities. A good restaurant menu at reasonable prices and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The only improvements would be for one of the pools to be heated and better TV channel coverage but neither spoilt our stay."

"Had a really great stay at Rydges Rotorua. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well looked after. The staff were fabulous and very friendly throughout my stay. There was an issue with the WiFi in my room, that seemed to be isolated to that room only. The team investigated and when couldn't resolve it moved me to another room, which solved the problem straight away. Overall, very happy with the stay and would definitely come back."
