"Air conditioner rattled ...asked to have it repaired..wasn't. Had to turn it off to sleep. Curtains had large black stain..asked that they be changed out..weren't. Shower stall bottom soft...moved, bent down when standing in it. Housekeepers did a good job cleaning the room.. was there days room not cleanto ask until I asked. Was there another 6 days had to ask to have the room cleaned. Didn't care for remote check in upon arrival. Would prefer to have a person behind the desk."

"The shower tub was stained, the used coffee pod was still in the machine, the room felt like it was half cleaned. Breakfast was very minimal. Only sliced bread, cereal, over ripe fruit, egg omelet thing, and sausage. Waffle machine was nice. No towels in the pool area, hair ties lying around. We liked the price, but got what we paid for."

"This place was great for a weekend getaway. Conveniently located near a freeway but just far enough away to feel quaint. Easy access to downtown and an hour drive to the mountains. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and cozy"

"My family travels a lot and we regularly send each other ratings of places we stay. Too many hotels/motels seem to have decided that fashion and form are more important than function. They think a "clean and uncluttered" look means you can't have anything useful. This place was just about perfect, though, on our scale. Many places urge you to reuse towels for the sake of the environment, but provide no place to hang them up from day to day. This place has them. Places seem to think you like a hand towel that has to lie wet on the vanity top without a handy rack next to the sink. Nope, this place has one. We've stayed at places where you nearly had to get up and walk to reach the faraway toilet paper. Nope, this place has two rolls right next to the toilet. The toiletry products are wall-mounted instead of individual bottles, but if you prefer your own, here you don't have to put them on the floor, where your soap will dissolve into a gooey mess. There are roomy wire racks in the shower high enough to keep your things dry. Robe hook on the back of the door. Many closets these days are only half-length. This place has full-length hanging space and lots of shelves and drawers besides. Each side of the bed has its own reading light and charging station; roomy desk with charging station; fridge/microwave/coffee maker with good tea selection. Comfy sofa. Very helpful staff. "Going out the door" stand for keys, sunglasses, etc. Included breakfast was unusually good. I give A+."

"The hotel was very clean and quiet! The breakfast was okay but nice to have. The fitness room is small but gets the job done. "

"Breakfast was great, rooms clean! The view of the mountains was amazing! This hotel is two blocks away from 16th street which was very convenient. 16th street has all retail stores such as restaurants, gift shops and anything you can think of. We did not have to rent a car due to the easy access to this hotel. Line A train from the airport to union station and the 16th street free bus will take you anywhere on 16th street. "

"The rooms were large, clean and. comfortable. The breakfast was just ok. The location was great as we didn’t have a car in the morning and we could walk to Park Meadows Mall."

"I used this hotel to recover from surgery, it was great. They got me a first-floor room and I was able to get snacks at weird hours of the night, which helped when the post-anesthesia munches kicked in at 11pm."
