"The room is very clean. Self check in and out are easy. Nice location and friendly staffs. Have very good 3 nights there. Just close to cattle farm，smell bad, unable to open windows at night. Otherwise, everything is good. Reasonable price for driving or non driving traveller."

"View of Lake Lucerne was amazing -great windows and balcony facing the lake. Free bus fare within Lucerne was very helpful. Breakfast was great. The door to the room stopped working (it did not lock) and was not repaired during our stay - communication with 3 different staff members about this issue was not very helpful."
