"It's just the 100 copay that's crazy for good people we should be able for front desk to look at the room right then and there and get it back so we can use it for another stay"

"The best part was the breakfast, which had some type of hot eggs, breakfast meat and waffles each day along with staples like toast, cereal, yogurt and fruit. I would not have stayed here if I had realized it was pet friendly. We found dog food in the middle of the floor of our room and the carpet had dog hair throughout. Random hair on the bathroom floor and in the tub. The furniture was pretty beat. The mattresses were incredibly hard. The mattress on the pull out couch was incredibly thin...

"Room 211 appears recently refurbished —paint, flooring, and other fixtures were new and maintained. A few minor problems in room 211: —no smoke detector. It looks like the wall-mounted smoke detector was removed for painting the walls and not re-installed. —a few non-functioning USB outlets, probably from heavy usage. Both USB outlets on the bed light fixture were non-functional. Rest of building was fine. One of the front doors was out of order and blocked with a park bench. The elevator...

"The room was so bad , I literally had to go get sheets and Lysol wipes in order to sleep. There’s no one at the counter to help you on a weekend even after 9am , you gotta use a phone on the wall to call for help. The entire premise smells like smoke residue . 0/10 experience and oh check in is equally as crazy "

"Loud heater and air unit. Very noisy got no sleep between traffic going by loud rear unit keep coming in all hours and 18 years talking. "

"It looked like our room hadn’t been vacuumed in months. There was a fake nail on the floor, pieces of paper, threads and lint all over the floor. The sheets looked dirty, with hair and lint on them. The bathroom had no soap.We had to go down to the reception desk and ask for clean sheets and changed them ourselves!"

"The room smelled smoke, and spider webs were on the ceiling. I got there around 9 pm, otherwise would go somewhere else. Awful, we left 6am(just sleeping) because my daughter had competition. I can not believed that I paid 137.00 for a place that they should be unusable."

"Heating was the only real complaint that I had with the stay....it took a while for the heater (electric heat) to warm up the room. The room was clean but did smell like old cigarette smoke. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. Convenient to local amenities."

"Absolutely disgusting. The first room had no table or coat rack or comforter and smelled like cigarettes. They moved me to another room that had a grimy bathroom and again no comforter, plus a broken heater. The owner tried to get into the room without announcing himself. I don’t know how this place is allowed to be open. "

"The room was neat and plenty of space. However the desk in the room was a medal desk that had seen better days. The shower was so nasty I refused to take a shower in it. The toilet didnt flush unless you held the handle down."

"The room was smaller than expected but fortunately we were only staying one night. The room didn’t seem to have enough insulation and it was a cold, windy night when we arrived. The heating system worked great but the bathroom remained cold even with the door left open. It was easy to complete the check-in process and receive our door code. The only suggestions I would make is for more areas in the bathroom for supplies, maybe a small shelf and more drinking cups, only 2 were provided."

"All rooms are on ground floor, with windows facing parking. The bathroom window did not lock at all - mechanism was broken and screen ripped. The window in the main (sleeping) room had a single lock. The towels had brown stains on them. The bed was reasonably comfortable but the pillows (only 3 for a king bed) were small and squashed. "

"The full staff at the best western plus was amazing. They were very attentive and polite. Would recommend this hotel and look forward to making another trip to fully see the beautiful city and what they have to offer. The pool area was so great for kids and adults. "

"Room was very clean, and staff was excellent. My only complaint would be the grounds around the hotel is very dirty with trash everywhere. We had two dogs with us, and to walk them was challenging due to litter everywhere. Everything else was perfect. "
