"We were completely unsatisfied with our stay from start to finish. Check in was difficult as the person didn’t seem to have time to effectively communicate with me. The building is in disrepair. We had to struggle carry our bags down a flight of stairs and then up another flight of stairs. Had we been older or unfit we would not have been able to get our stuff up to our room. The handrail for the stairs was completely rusty. The patio decking at the front was weathered plywood. The back patio had furniture with cushions that had been left out all winter. The bathroom window, vents and air conditioner was filthy. If we’d wanted to make coffee there wouldn’t have been nearly enough grounds. I took quite a few photos. They charged us 175.00 and we feel completely ripped off."

"Made me wait 20 mins in the cold because there wasn’t anyone at front desk,I paid for a partial lake view that didn’t exist (was all alleyway) elevator didn’t work so had to carry luggage up to third floor, zero hot water after letting it run for 10 mins, and there was a dead bird under my bed that when I brought up to staff they did absolutely nothing for me. It was unhygienic and disgusting, the health department should shut it down, and atleast refund me "

"Room was filthy, not as advertised at all. If you like cigarette butts all over this place is for you. The restaurant is useless. We thought we would order something and take it to the room. No menus anywhere. My husband went to the restaurant to see if he could get a menu to take back to the room, they said the front desk should have one."

"We stayed in a pet friendly room, which had no carpet. We noticed the underside of the bed was not cleaned, full of dirt and hair; how hard is it to vacuum under the bed? The heating/cooling unit was full of large dust bunnies…and so was the fan in the bathroom ceiling. The room had obviously been renovated and updated but the cleaning staff isn’t doing a good job. The bed was comfortable and bed sheets were clean. Being able to park our vehicle by the room patio door and access the room directly was great. We didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment."

"Spotless room, super friendly hosts, plenty of parking and lovely light breakfast. We will definitely stay here again."

"Very clean rooms. Staff is prompt and courteous. I own a truck so parking is a bit tight but manageable. Quiet too."

"Mold in the shower, door to the units didn’t close easily behind you, keys came off key ring without abuse, outside was very dirty. Restaurant was okay but not great."
