Comfort Hotel Arlanda Airport Terminal

10/10 Excellent

"I stayed with spouse and 2 teens. We got the xxl room. It was awesome. Everyone had plenty of space. Table to work on laptop, couch to lounge on. 2 bathrooms was helpful as it was 3 girls and hubby. Shower pressure great and had option of handheld or rain shower. Conveniently located ~4 minute walk from terminal 5 and train stations."

"Great location for shopping and eating. Actual hotel is pretty however halls are dark which they should update and brighten halls.. also the walk to elevators can be a bit confusing and the stairs make it difficult to travel with multiple suitcases. Bar and other amenities close early and you are not allowed to hang out in hotel lobby after midnight which forced you to go to your room as security would approach you and remind you to leave space. Housekeeping missed cleaning our room 2 days in a row which led us to call front desk multiple times for clean towels and toiletries. Staff is not helpful after check in. You felt like you were bothering them each time you approached them."

"If you need to stay at the airport, the location is super convenient, right between the 5th and the 4th terminals. All other terminals are within a 5 min walk. The hotel has a surprisingly complete gym. There is a restaurant in the 12th floor with decent food choices. The staff could use a bit more training and the property could be more throughly cleaned."

"Hotel was in a great location and could walk anywhere you needed. Stores, restaurants and bars nearby. Close to public transportation. The hotel has a fun vibe and unique rooms. The rooms are on the smaller side but very clean, comfortable and good amenities. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had so many options. Also offers a great view of the city from above."
