"Wow such a stunning location right on lake Luzern. We had lakefront room with balcony. Beautiful location about 15 minutes drive outside of downtown Luzern. It was too cold to use the pool but they have a nice relaxing wellness center with sauna. They have an outdoor hot tub but apparently you had to reserve in advance (which was not explained when we made reservation) so unfortunately we were not able to use. It did not have a small fridge or air-conditioning. "I didn't realize this place is not staffed, so that was our only issue when arriving at 10am after an overnight flight with no place to store luggage. A really helpful guy at the plant store next door told us there would be a code to let us in, etc., but with no one to talk to and no way to call due to our limited data plan, it took us awhile to figure it out. If you need to store luggage, there's a luggage storage place inside a jewelry store just a few min walk away (look up Radical Storage)...
