"I loved the history of the place and the amazing view to the Southern Pre-Alps. I walked down the cobble road to the Local restaurant and had a wonderful meal and met lots of friendly locals. I found a footpath on the way back up to the Monastery and ended up at the very top of the mountain where there was a cross and old ruins The manager on duty allowed me to park my motorbike in the inner square which added to my peaceful sleep that night."

"Lovely boutique style hotel an easy walk to the lake and Sirmieno centre. Michelle on reception was great, all staff were to be fair and most had very good English. Rooms are clean, modern and bed comfy. Parking also easy and secure. Grazie."

"From the start of the break we were made most welcome by all the staff. We were greeted by everyone each day from breakfast to evening, Breakfast on the morning was excellent with a varied choice, especially in relation to cereals, cold meats, fruit and cakes etc. The bar area was mainly outside with table service and again varied number of drinks including the local cocktail Hugo. We would definitely return to the hotel in relation to the above and also for the ease of transport."
