This place was advertised as a resort but it was literally what looked to be a rundown apartment building that was turned into a hotel. The room was advertised as a suite and it was a one room apt that haas terrible water pressure, only a small love seat for seating, and a very uncomfortable bed.

Do not book at this dump, ever!

All furniture looked like it was picked up off the side of the road. The bright red carpet was sticky, I couldn’t take my shoes off and walk on the floor. The bed was hard as a rock, it probably would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor. Pillows were flat as pancakes and the sheets were hard and smelled like industrial soap. Towels were tiny like trying to dry off with hand towels. All out one of the worst hotels of all time. I would have been better off sleeping in my car and showering at a truck stop.

It was a decent place for a very last minute booking. It it going through some renovations I think. It's a daily, weekly, monthly place. It's behind LHC old town main strip. Convenient local to dinning, bars, unique stores. It was a very quite place. I'd have no problem staying there again.

Worst motel ever look like they got all the furniture from the street noisy a/c couldn’t sleep, very dirty room they left used toilet paper in the bathroom, and they take pricey rate per night for that kind of hotel don’t recommend at all!

it was a great stay. would have liked water a bit hotter in bathroom and maybe a little cleaner but i did not ask the staff, i just wanted to be alone for a while. overall the place is a good place with excellent staff. i would stay again

Looks nicer from the outside. The room was adequate, but run down. Carpet was pulled up at the door exposing the carpet tacks, they hurt when you step on them by the way. The air conditioner had to be set at 78 or it would freeze up, and it was 120 outside. Overall, the room was okay, but for what I paid I was expecting nicer.

Perfect for what we needed it for

This room was perfect for what we needed it for. Our quick trip to Havasu, means not a lot of time in the room. We usually have a house to stay at, BUT! If I ever need a place again, I will definitely look here! I do like that there is a kitchen. Basically a 1 bedroom apartment in a motel.

Property from ghetto!

This by far is the worst property ever! Dirty rooms! Broken blinds covered with partial paper from a frying pan! Stained couch, stained sheets and loud AC! We did not stay there and couldn’t get our money back! Worst experience ever!

Sketchiest establishment i have ever encountered. Maria, the woman running the front office took about 20 min to awkwardly check us in, and finally "called" her cleaning service lady to make sure the room was "clean" to let us in and gave us the key. Upon entry we noticed multiple suspicious factors.... dirty sock under the microwave, old leftover food in the fridge and cubbies, dirty pillows with hair, and when we went to maria to explain that we no longer felt comfortable with our stay, we asked for a refund. We were told by her that she could not help; because we booked through expedia. We called expedia and the representative said she would have to call the resort to get their side of the situation in order to recieve a refund(not what maria said). After speaking with her, they informed me that maria denies any wrongdoing and we could not get a refund because we used a bar of soap to wash our hands and towel to dry. (And with the whole covid going on, we felt the need to disinfect our hands after touching everything) Maria still denied everything. Thankfully, expedia gave us an immediate credit so we were able to stay somewhere else,it was already late. The fact that she lied straight to our faces disappointed me. I understand mistakes happen, but own up to it and be honest. Would NOT recommend this place. Dishonest and filthy.

The condo was apparently leaking so we were moved by the sands hotel to the super 8 motel which was horrible. While online it showed other condos available. Why didnt they just move us?

We were visiting Lake Havasu from California. When we got to the hotel the outside wasn't really anything exciting. The pool was also very foggy . We are greeted by a very friendly lady though. She quickly got us our room keys and we headed to our room where we were really disappointed in the condition it was in. It was really dark really stuffy and nothing really felt clean in there. Bedspread is an old-time like Motel bedspread and we were not about to sleep on that bed. Using my phone flashlight I was able to see that even the kitchen was very dirty, the stove top knobs were yellow and dirty oh, the couch had stains on it, my friend also said she saw footprints on the wall. We were just two girls so if you are traveling as women I wouldn't recommend staying here I would tell you to go to a nicer place and just spend the money but I can see guys not minding this. Luckily, we went to the front desk and told her we need to check out we can't stay here and she refunded our money really quickly and was very kind about it. Customer service 5 stars,, room 1 star

The place needs to have a little money invested into it to clean it up. The walls in the room where dirty, the couch had spill spots and just looked dirty. The ceiling fan in the bed room was missing 2 fan blades and shook a lot if you tried to use it. The place also double charged me the room.
