"Plenty of parking spots, the main elevator is down and it was a gas smell in the lobby. "

"My room did not appear clean enough, a lot of smoke smell coming in from other rooms. The smell of marijuana and other drugs was so strong from other rooms. The vent picks up the smell. The smoke dectector in my room was missing from the cealing. As many times as I complained it was not resolved. Even though the condition of the property was poor overall, the staff were nice. I think they need to hire more staff to serve the clients more efficiently. It looks like they only have 2 staff for house keeping and there is no way 2 individuals can effectively clean all the rooms. "

"The corner room I requested was GREAT. It was large, plenty of walking around area, sectional sofa, air worked great, spacious and very comfortable bed. The staff was super nice as well. A few small issues, there was no way to stop water from exiting the shower door so always a puddle after a shower. The toilet decided when it wanted to flush and the friggin remote to the TV, I wanted to throw it out the window. Luckily, the Hilton app has TV functions, so I just used my phone to control the TV. There is not a lot around this hotel as far as shopping or restaurants. There are some, but not many and the only one on the property is pretty sparce. It looks like the area around the hotel was once very vibrant but not anymore. On that note, room service was quick! And the food was wonderful so I just ate in my room all three nights. No complaints and tried something different each night."

"This was a lovely hotel. The in-house restaurant was very good. The staff was exemplary. Perfect location for a Twins or Timberwolves game. "

"I took my 16 year old and his 3 friends. They had fun in the pool area and we went to Dave and Busters for dinner, which was right across the parking lot. It was a fun time. "

"The rooms were not cleaned adequately. My two year old found dirty socks, water bottles , candy wrappers in our “ cleaned” room. I booked for 4 people. I had 3 towels and two wash cloths that were just thrown on the bathroom sink. The drawers wouldn’t stay closed and there was a 200$ hold on my account that I wasn’t notified until I checked in which was very inconvenient. And the ice machine did not work."

"Tawnda the front desk clerk provided us excellent service. We had left an item in the room and she went above and beyond to get it back for us. "
