"We’ve opted for an upgrade to a connecting rooms as we travelled with 2 kids, aged 13 and 9. The service was excellent. The lounge area was comfortable and welcoming, while we chill as we wait for the room to be ready. They also provide complimentary drinks and popcorn which the kids loved. The rooms were clean, spacious and came with stunning views. Beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We loved the hotel experience and will be back if we’re back in montreux."

"Our room set up was fantastic. Great space and view. It is dated and the carpets really need to be replaced as well as some new lights need to be added to the bathroom. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Location was excellent with the exception of all the set up of the Montreux Jazz festival (of which the hotel warned me of but I had no idea of the magnitude of the event). We would stay again!"

"Modern, clean, air-conditioned, small Geneva hotel room with a work desk. It's in a complex that has 3 or 4 hotels so the common restaurant/bar areas have plenty of variety & quality offerings. Good for the money."

"Wonderful hotel. Bit of a walk from the train station, but it's well worth it. The staff were wonderful. always so helpful and willing to share advice - which was very useful while the G7 protest was going on. The choice from the breakfast buffet was perfect for my taste. Regretably, I didn't make use of the bar - but there is always next time! The hotel is really nicely situated in a quiet area, not far from the lake edge. I will definately be coming back to this hotel."

"The staff was extremely unhelpful. Just to tell where to park for a short while to offload the luggage from the car, the staff showed an attitude, as though we had asked them for a pint of blood. it was true for all 3 Nash properties The only positive was the proximity to the airport and the free shuttle. If the staff had shown a better attitude, the stay would have been good. As my flight got cancelled, i stayed in Crown Plaza, and the staff was very helpful."
