"Directly hotel access parking garage was available with fee. Hotel offered free Lausanne public transportation card so that we could use a metro and bus to the city center. Hotel staff were very nice and friendly. Every worker smiles and greets us. The room was sparkling clean, beautiful decorations. Bedding was super comfy with fresh sheets. "This is a lovely hotel which has very nice rooms. We stayed in one of the old buildings but it felt like it had been recently refurbished. Very nice finishes and big rooms. The hotel is in a great location in Ouchy and close to the lake and subway up to Lausanne centre. It doesn't have a bar like a conventional hotel however it does have a restaurant and recommends a bar in the sister property across the road. "Lovely room, over complicated light switches and AC, not for the financially faint heated with a club sandwich at 35 Swiss francs, should have been a special treat but didn’t feel that way with overattentive staff chasing tips. Communications prior to arrival were very poor. Location not great as had to use the car to go anywhere as to far from the lake. Couldn’t really recommend sadly."
