"Schön renoviert. Sehr nettes Personal. Transport vom Parkplatz und retour funktionierten super. Frühstück sehr sehr gut. Würden sofort wieder kommen. Bis dato das beste Hotel, welches wir in Sirmione besucht hatten! "

"Nice breakfast with gluten free options. Unfortunately, the check in was terrible. Guy at the reception was unpleasant and ignorant. Despite my querries the day before our arrival, nobody from the hotel ever replied.
Let alone told us there is no transfer after 10pm and that due to restricted parking one has to walk the bags about a kilometre from the car to the hotel. Not fun when it is late. One is tired and let alone has forgotten something in the car..
