"Tolle Erfahrung – sehr empfehlenswert! Der Check-in verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die gesamte Anlage war sauber und gepflegt. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das reichhaltige und gute Frühstück – es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. "Das Hotel lässt keine Wünsche offen. Statt Pool gibt es ein Thermalbecken, an dessen Geruch nach Schwefel? man sich gewöhnen muss. Es ist alles sehr sauber bis auf das Außen-WC, welches ohnehin einer grundlegenden Erneuerung bedürfte. Personal ist durchgehend nett. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen und war auch schon viele Male hier. "

"Family of 4. Amazing rooms, pretty well kept. Kids loved it. Gardaland amusement park was a must-see. Something similar to Disney land. Can recommend the night ticket for a discounted price and if travelling in summer, less heat. The hotel offers free shuttle service to/from the venue. One setback was the lack of food options in the area. The onsite restaurant Tutankhamen was, well awful. Other than that 5 star stay. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. As a family of four, the bedroom was set up well with a double and bunk beds, which were comfortable. There was enough storage in the room and a pleasent bathroom. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels left. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast options were excellent, a great range of fresh food available. I would recommend this hotel and would be happy to return. "
