"very nice and big apartment, perfectly working aircondition (very important!), the underground car park is a huge plus, people at the reception very friendly; the only downside was the breakfast (less important): the few things they brought were gone too fast, so we had to wait too long for what we wanted and then suddenly at 10:00:00 a.m. had to leave without finishing it"

"Extremely helpful, polite and friendly staff. We arrived an hour early for check in but was able to sit out on the veranda and order drinks from the bar. Breakfast was delicious and covered everything we could have wanted. The room while not modern is in keeping with the style of the hotel and works nicely. Really nice hotel if we come back to Sirmione we we definitely be booking to stay again."

"La habitación limpia , tiene todo lo que necesitas , buena plancha la pedimos en recepción, la cama buena , el baño está muy bien , y la habitaciones tiene su propio split , algo muy raro en Europa y que es muy bueno cuando lo encuentras porque por fin puedes tener aire acondicionado para dormir en las nochesitas. La ubicación no está mal, queda cerca de restaurantes que podrás desayunar y comer , está un poco lejos del centro histórico pero cerca de paradas de autobús que puedes tomar sin...

"Three-star hotel. Clean. Staff were often officious, slow, and unhelpful. Breakfast was good, but dining at the Aura restaurant in the lobby was the worst meal I’ve ever had in Italy—inedible, poorly prepared food in very small quantities."

"La ubicación del hotel es excepcional, la vista al lago es bellísima, el spa y las piscinas están preciosas. El desayuno muy completo y sabroso. Al personal del bar y de el restaurante les falta un poco de amabilidad. El edificio del hotel por fuera necesita urgentemente mantenimiento y pintura y los baños están muy mal diseñados. Volvería por la vista y el spa."

"Die Lage ist unserer Meinung der größte Plus-Punkt. Altstadt ist problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar, kostenloser Parkplatz, eigener, sehr schöner Seezugang, Sehr freundliches Personal, haben super Ausflugstipps bekommen. Unser Zimmer (seitlicher Seeblick mit kleinem Balkon) war groß genug und sauber. Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Seeblick war vollkommen in Ordnung. Preis vs. Leistung sehr OK. Uns hat es wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank!"

"Lovely hotel in historic building. Aircon really good. We had a room with balcony facing lake- well worth it. Breakfast was great, lovely area out over lake to sun and swim. But the best thing was the staff. They were the perfect balance of friendly and helpful without being over effusive or fake. So many hotels in the area but we definitely picked the best one!"
