The property did let me bag drop earlier which was great, but hadn’t replied to messages about it so had no idea if i could or how to do it. "This is a lovely hotel and much better than 3 stars suggests. Our room was clean, recently refurbished and comfortable; the staff were excellent; and breakfast was really good (lots of choice) - in a room with a great view of the lake. We borrowed beach towels and a travel plug as ours didn’t work and nothing was too much trouble."
