"I haven't stayed in this hotel since 2012 and I must say its an incredible property in the perfect setting. However, on the first night we witnessed the restaurant staff have an absolute meltdown, it was embarrassing for all involved. The GM apologised and after that day everything was reasonably normal, however, there was an issue, and we never went back in the evenings. The main restaurant (Oseleta) on the other hand was truly exceptional, which is why it now has a Michelin star... The food...
"Beautiful boutique hotel with lovely staff and a nice restaurant. Pool was spotless and beautiful and direct access to the lake to swim was fabulous. Only real complaint is that the air conditioning was not strong and the room was incredibly hot and stuffy. For a 5 star hotel, I would have expected better."
