"This place was amazing. From the time they met us prior to our camel ride till the 4x4 dropped us back off the next morning we couldn't have been treated better. The camp was beautiful. "The photos are simply untrue. The camp is in poor condition - broken chairs & lanterns; blankets thrown about; garbage strewn here & there. There is only one outlet in each tent and electricity was not always available. We had less than five minutes of hot water over 48 hours. Often one teenager was the only staff on site, and we had to communicate using Google translate, as the adults simply were not around. "On arrival we were asked to book additional transfers plus meals to get to our tents on the other side of the desert. Luckily we could change to the rooms inside Les Pyramides. It was not clear during booking, that the tents need additional for pay transport. We thought the tents were just behind the main building. Cleanliness of the rooms was ok."
