"Very clean room with ample space. The staff greeted us warmly. The pool was well maintained. Breakfast had delicious choices except the garlic flavor in the scrambled eggs."

"I booked a room the picture showed a bed and a separate little room with a couch but the room that I got just had the bed and a Shelf with a pad on it that was my best apparently supposed to be a couch but barely looks like it was going to be able to hold more than a few bags let alone an adult person and wouldn't have been comfortable if I even tried. The room was very small smaller than I expected but that was fine the bed was not very comfortable it felt more like a cheap pad than a mattress and i couldnt get comfortable. The walls also must be paper thin because I could clearly hear my next door neighbor snoring all night which prompted me to leave 5 in the morning instead of sleeping in like I had planned. I also was treated to loud pounding music from the parking lot when I checked in about 3:30 until I went to my destination about 6:00 p.m. there was no hiding from that with some light music or TV playing either. The shower worked fine and had okay water pressure + hot water the whole place looked very nice but things just felt incredibly cheap and I wouldn't probably go back unless I had no choice. Everyone I interacted with was very nice and helpful and I didn't bring the wrong room thing to their attention because it wasn't worth the hassle for the few hours I would be there but it would be nice to not have the wrong room given to you when you book one from the hotels app and then you get a different room from what you booked. "

"Very poorly managed property. We rented a “premium suite” (room was not as described) for a rare night out and were looking forward to a restful stay and chance to use the amenities we paid for. Instead our room was not ready at 4pm (the scheduled check in time) We were told that the delay was caused from college graduation weekend. Meaning it was a totally predictable high turnover time! Management failed to prepare accordingly and our plans were completely derailed. we didn’t end up in our room until after 7pm because we came back to inquire, although we were told we would receive a call. unacceptable. Won’t be back and I will bad mouth this hotel as frequently and harshly as possible. Go to hotel Vermont instead"

"I simply used the room to sleep in close proximity to the airport. I am a returning customer. The staff were friendly and helpful with wake up calls, and recommendation's for taxi service to the airport."

"Just stayed for one night picking my daughter up from college. It was the best experience because the last time I stayed in that area it was with a very subpar facility and I was grossed out by it. Your hotel is much cleaner I just hope that the rates don't get too exorbitant especially in today's economy. But overall it was a good stay. Thank you."
