Hi Anonymous Thanks for your review. We provide linen for all guests on arrival and fresh linen for stays over 1 week. If requested by the guest, fresh towels are available for an additional cost.

Dear Hazard We have a very clear no smoking policy for the benefit of all our guests and we take pride in the fact that our rooms are spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed and do not smell like an ashtray. The property has been fully refurbished and all the bedding is brand new. Usually guests only have wonderful things to say about their stay with us and come back time and again, often commenting on the quality of the fittings and finishes. When you attempted to hide the burn in the doona cover by cutting it out, it only made the damage more obvious. When a guest not only breaks the rules by smoking but also burns holes in our quilt cover and the feather doona below, we are understandably upset & disappointed
