"Very helpful, helped arrange taxi for pick up when we arrived late evening and concierge gave really good information on local area and onward transport options. Rooms were very clean and location was excellent, opposite the lake. The hotel is on the edge of town and quiet and its a beautiful 10-15 min lakeside walk into the main town. However, there is a bus stop next door with buses into town if you need and regular (mostly hourly) buses to Ljubljana. Breakfast was good and there was a nice cafe/restaurant/bar attached."

Tucked away in a residential area, the hotel provided a breakfast option of delivery to your door or the adjacent hotel has a full breakfast buffet. We opted for the buffet and it did not disappoint. The adjacent hotel had a beautiful garden setting with indoor and outdoor seating options. "

"Brilliant location in Bled, staff were extremely helpful. Rooms were of a good quality with local decor displayed in the rooms and throughout the hotel being a nice touch. Only negative being that the A/C was not the best. I had it on the lowest setting for the entire time throughout my stay and the room temperature was still extremely humid. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be back in the future. "
