Our room had a very wobbly table, a missing electrical outlet cover, visible water stains/damage, and carpets that needed cleaning. "The hotel was an older Double Tree, but well maintained and clean. Our room had some door issues and we reported when checking out. The pool is under renovation which would have been nice to know when booking. However, they did provide an alternative which was about an 8-10 minute drive."

"Check in took a while. Two of us. Maybe the clerk didn't know how to do Expedia? The fridge was not working but was replaced by a man who spoke No english. It was a bit noisy being right next to the turnpike. We went to get more than just bath towels from the main desk after check in. Room was quite clean but the grounds were trashy. Breakfast ran out of eggs at 8:30 and waffle spout fell off. Overall just not first class."

And we were told by this robot that all the rooms with queen beds were dirty and we would have to wait another 30 minutes to go to our room. Imagine being out all day with small children and all you want to do is get to your room and relax and then some employee who should be working for the DMV tells you yeah you're going to have to wait offers no explanation offers no...

"The room was very clean, but there was a foul odor, that lasted at least 4 of the seven days I was there. I asked for an air freshener to deal with this, but was told there wasn’t any. Also there was no iron in the room. I was supplied with one when I asked for it. The people in the front desk were very polite and friendly. This was the hotel’s greatest plus."
