"Ottima struttura "

"This place is a bit further out from Pisa, but we still had a really nice stay and made the most of it. It’s great value for money, which was a big plus. The hotel itself is a little old-fashioned, but honestly, the staff more than made up for it—they were super friendly and welcoming the whole time. The restaurant was also a highlight, with really tasty food that we enjoyed a lot. It’s a good spot if you’ve got a car and want to explore the nearby villages and surrounding area."

"Great place, difficult driving access but enjoyable"

"A lovely spot for relaxation .The appartments were lovely and comfortable .the only criticism was you do need a car to get any where. It is totally in the middle of nowhere. "

"HOTEL COMODO PER I CAMIONISTI , PER CHI VUOLE RIPOSARE CI VUOLE ALTRO , NIENTE DI ECCEZZIONALE , HO TROVATO GIA' INCASSATO IL PERNOTTO E QUESTO NON VA ' BENE"

"Klein aber fein. Sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail. Herrliche Aussicht vom kleinen Balkon. Nur die Parkplatzsuche war am späten Freitag Abend schwierig, weil gefühlt die halbe Jugend der Toscana nach San Miniato in den Ausgang geht."

"Great location, beautiful room with a terrace and the best breakfast we had in Italy! "

"Very easy checkin, friendly staff. Loved the kitchen area!"

"Fantastic all around experience. The rooms were beautiful and clean and this unique mix of rustic modern Italian styling. Located right in the heart of the old city made it very easy to walk everywhere. The service was fantastic, I was able to message the team and within a minute I got the help and had my questions answered. I’d definitely stay there again."

"A lovely overnight stay here! Staff were so accommodating to our limited Italian and the children. Would recommend"

"Francesco, our host, is so nice and welcoming. We had the beat stay and our room had the most fantastic view. Excellent breakfast, place was super clean and quiet. We highly recommend."

"Good family room for an overnight stay, with a queen bed & 1 single, an ensuite & a tv. Plenty of towels and parking. Was a 7-10 mins walk to a local pizzeria for supper. Left early for our Pisa flight & was just 10 mins drive away, so very convenient."

"Spacious. Clean. Quite. Air conditioned. Comfort. The View. The best. "

"Beautiful hotel, grounds are stunning and hotel room was wonderful. Thank you for the easy accommodation for the private transportation to the wedding we attended in Lucca. Hotel staff was helpful and pleasant."

"Struttura essenziale ed economica "

"Great location between Florence and Pisa. Also only a 5 minute walk to the train station that will take you to both cities. Great place to stay if looking for something quite and away from the crowds."
