I travelled with my elderly mother and we had an excellent stay. I can't speak highly enough about the staff - The staff went over and above for us. From breakfast (where the staff helped to get her breakfast in the morning) to the cleaning staff that always made our room clean when needed and had a smile on their face. the rooms are big, beds comfortable, location is perfect as lots of shops and restaurants at your door step or a short taxi ride away.

Ideal Location

The staff at this property are absolutely amazing. They made the stay so enjoyable. Special thanks to Rozina for all of the hospitality. The hotel itself is also a great place to stay. Its clean and has lots of amenities. The buffet breakfast was also tasty with lots of different options.

Overall great hotel. Fabulous breakfast. The breakfast staff was very friendly. Had room service twice and it was great. Deliverer also friendly. But I don’t think I saw a smile on else’s face the two days we were there.

The staff were amazing, they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Bilawal, Ali and arfan in the cafe made us feel like family. The lovely young lady at front counter, sorry I forgot her name was calm and collected. The staff in Tajine restaurant were all so accommodating to our food needs. I will definitely come back and stay here.

Overall good experience this 2nd trip. King bed Room was neat clean and excellent size as we were travelling with 4 piece luggage. Breakfast in the Lobby Tajine restaurant is always top notch one of the best. My stay at this Ramada was far superior than at The Nishat in this same trip.
