OYO Rooms Lahore hotels

"Walked into room ice cold was told they turned off main for heat, after several hrs they brought a portable heater. The floors are dirty I wore brand new socks when I looked under it was filthy. Hotel advertised for Eid event the whole reason of me booking was told on actual Eid day no such event. I asked where the pool was just to be told it’s down for maintenance. I left an upscale property in dha phase 6 to come to this nightmare! I would not recommend this place. "

"They responded well to concerns and issues effectively, which was the best part. Housekeeping was efficient and the food from room service met the expectations. I hope all the rooms are non-smoking, as some non-smoking rooms still had a noticeable smoking smell."
