"This hotel is like a trip to the twilight zone.
Roll the dice and you might get a room which has furniture from the 1960's, dirty carpets and stinks of week old vomit (floor 7) with black hairs in the linen. The balcony had old cigarette butts clogging the drain and the cracks in the concrete tell the tale of how old and neglected the tower building is.
We went to the reception to complain and were offered a new room on 12th floor, a totally different experience as if we had relocated to a different hotel.
This room had new hard floors so at least no stinking carpets and the bathroom was recently renovated. Big flat screen TV and decent furniture and the balcony had these wooden tiles to cover the old concrete.
We never went to the breakfast area even though we had booked with breakfast included, the initial shock froom floor 7 had us fleeing this hotel as fast as possible."
