Beautiful scenery. Great view of the Ocean. Close walking distance to the beach. Restaurants close by. Great food too. Rooms very comfortable, beds,shower etc. Will stay again when im in Laguna Beach.

I thought the room was pretty nice for the price, very spacious. The staff were helpful upon arriving, though there was only 1 person working since this hotel is Priya "self-serve" style hotel (self checkin online, essentials pantry available 24/7, etc.). Really the only issue my wife and I had was that since it's so close to the Pacific Coast Highway (Hwy 1) the traffic was kind of loud sometimes when we were trying to sleep (especially over the weekend). The hotel provided complementary ear plugs and noise machine, but if you're a light sleeper and not used to using earplugs you may want to book a room further back in the hotel and away from the highway (we were on the ground floor Street side). Overall I'd still recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Street level noise was unbearable. The walls were extremely thin and upstairs footsteps, talking, yelling, buses and cars passing by with loud honking were all factors that contributed to no sleep. The location was great and there were lots of good restaurants walking distance, but I would not come back here.

A great stay in the heart of the hip district of Laguna Beach. Very comfortable king bed with 6 luxury pillows. Nice hot tub and enjoyed the deck and veranda on 4th floor. There are great dining options very close by Sapphire was one.

Great location!! There are trolley and bus pick ups within a block away. Lots of cute boutiques and coffee shops. Everyone is very casual. The ocean is across the street with public beaches within 6 blocks to a mile. The property is nice, but not brand new. The pool area is nice too. There is a lot of sitting and lounging room on the fourth floor. The private balcony with my room was great to have coffee in the morning. The rooms are quite spread out. I was by myself and a little worried about my room entrance from the outside. There is a shorter locked fence. There are windows. If going alone I would make sure you have a more secure room. Nothing happened nonetheless. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

Nice place&staff, just minimal maintenance needed
I checked into the hotel and the staff was very friendly at the front desk. Made my way upstairs and entered the room easily with the code that was provided to my email. As I entered the room the room smelt like mildew. And it was quite overwhelming of course I open the windows in the door in turned on the air conditioning to help alleviate the issue. I called customer service because nobody was at the desk downstairs it was passed 9 PM. So I made a phone call to the customer service number on the email and got somebody in Massachusetts they said they would communicate with somebody downstairs and they would be up to assist with the problem. Hours went by nobody showed up no phone call I just needed some type of for breeze or Lysol to possibly spray on the couch or locate the source of the odor. At 11 PM I gave up on anybody showing up took my shower and went to bed, in the process of taking my shower the drain in the shower would not drain or at least was an extremely slow drain so I was standing in an inch and 1/2 to 2 inches of water in the shower. Overall it's a nice place the staff is friendly I'm sure this was a minor oversight however, it's a hotel and there just needs to be maintenance occasionally.
This is a picture of the shower with water in it that will not drain. It's a slow drain it just accumulates water as you are in the shower and needs to be provided a little maintenance.

Nice laguna beach hotel
We stayed 3 nights at this property and the staff at the front desk were very helpful. The online registration was not very good to me as it should be sending me a code but never got it. I’m glad the rep over the phone was helpful and got this sorted out. The location was near anything you want within laguna beach, from the main beach and restaurants you can even walk to a nearby Ralphs grocery store. The only problem I had was the door code in my room probably has worn out buttons that my code works intermittently throughout my stay.

Our room was pretty basic but smelled of stale cigarette smoke. It had everything we needed though, but a little overpriced for what it was. Parking was easy and convenient, and it’s close to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants.
