Our room had a beautiful view of the surf, sand, and plenty of dolphins. It’s a great location! However, the property is in the midst of a lengthy renovation, so much of it is a tad dilapidated. Once the renovation is complete, the hotel should be wonderful in every way. We loved the friendliness of the staff, all of whom seemed genuinely enthused about the environmental causes the company supports. Everyone was very courteous and helpful.

Nice ocean view, good access to beach, friendly staff. There are many balconies with fireplaces you can choose. Laguna Beach trolley (free) stop is at the front of the Lodge. We go down to beach from the Lodge, walk to the main beach (downtown) and take the trolley to back. Many breakfast places nearby.

This property is in the process of being renovated. We stayed in one of the newer rooms and it was amazing. Beautiful, modern, clean and comfortable. Beach access right from property. All valet parking but was very convenient. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Would absolutely stay her again.

Love the location None of the rooms had locks or the bathroom & we stayed with our kids . We also didn’t know it was going to be so tiny. I love the location and it would be good for a couple to stay in but terrible space for a family
