Request for airport shuttle was initially denied by the hotel receptionist but later promised by the hotel manager and was promptly provided.

(1) No one came to clean my room for 5 days I was there. (2) There is a loud music at night from Friday night to Sunday night because they have a night club on top of the roof. We could not sleep at night because of it. (3) There are roaches everywhere. We killed 2 roaches on our first and second night. (4) Price is too high compared to other similar hotel nearby (5) We only get one towel and one paper roll until we went to the manager to file a complaint
