"The hotel itself is very nice, the staff are friendly, and overall we had a great stay. The room was excellent the bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The staff at reception and throughout the hotel were very helpful and welcoming. One downside is that for a 4-star hotel you need to book the pool in advance because it’s shared with a gym club. "This was an overall excellent place. The staff, the breakfast and the room were all very good. Absolutely no complaints. If you have business at QUB it is a perfect location. Plus it is a very short taxi ride from Grand Central Station."
