"Staff was helpful but our door kept locking us out on the 4th floor. Had our 2 young grandsons with us and so we had to keep going back to the desk to get help. Maybe don’t put people in that room until the lock is changed-??? Front desk clerk said the problem existed during a snow storm and since the temps were in the 80s during our stay I’d say it’s been going on a while."
