"When we arrived at the resort after a long taxi ride, we received a fantastic welcome from the staff. Martin (the Guest Manager) quickly seated us at a table in the lounge, where we were served a refreshing drink and cold towels. He took care of the entire check-in process there and explained how everything works at the resort. While we were waiting for our room to be ready—we arrived well before check-in—we were served afternoon tea. The rooms at this resort offer a spectacular view, as it is built along a mountainside overlooking the ocean. We were completely overwhelmed. The staff at this resort are absolutely wonderful. Everyone makes sure you have everything you need and is always happy to stop for a friendly chat, which makes the experience feel very personal. They remember what we usually order and ask the next time if we would like to have the same again. Examples of staff groups we interacted with include the lounge, breakfast, reception, traffic control, housekeeping, gardening, transport/shuttle, restaurant, and bar staff. Every single one of them is outstanding."

"If I could give more than a 5 star review I would!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🙌 Laura is the perfect host and her Guesthouse is incredible. Well furnished suites with air con and fridge freezer. We even had a walk in robe. They were cleaned every day.✔️ Amazing pool, beautiful teak pool loungers with padded base for comfort to lounge on during the day. Crystal clear pool.🏊‍♂️⛱️ We loved the peaceful quiet location and easy access to good cafes and restaurants. We came across Laura's Guesthouse purely by chance when we did a drop down search on the section and searching on recommended reviews. Laura's place did not disapppoint.✔️🙏 I also spent many hours on the poolside hammock. Laura was great advising us where to go and what to see and spoke very good English. For a little extra you can have home cooked breakfasts.Try out her home made pancakes - they're delicious.👌😉"
