"Terrible hotel. The staff members were so unfriendly through my stay. They never smiled, said good morning or thank you. They also require shoes to be taken off at the front door and they would shout at people if they unintentionally forgot to take off their shoes. The floors were slippery and I almost slipped in the stairs because of the no shoe policy. Also, I arrived 40 min before check in time and they wanted to charge me extra for early check in. I was never asked to pay for early check in...

"Location, not easy to find due to google maps leading to a different resort. Needs better directions. Bed sheets have stains , not clean. Toilet & bathroom clean. "

"Douglas was very responsive and provided detailed instructions for check-in. Property managers were also friendly. Was surprised at the condition of the unit based on the photos though. Could’ve used some renos with marks on walls, discoloured grout, bedroom door with a rip, worn living room cushions, iron with burnt residue that transferred to our clothes, and loft bed’s floor boards were straining when you step on them. "Fridge not cold ,and hot shower was not hot enough ,second batch room shower tub not function well ."

"The Room are spacious, clean and fresh. There are lots of moths, insects on the wall and on the floor. We need to cook our own breakfast, only eggs, hotdog and margarine and cooking utensils are provided. The Breakfasts are very limited, everyday the same thing. The staff are friendly. We may consider in staying Dear Dino again, if we want to travel to Cameron Highlands. Thank you. "

"Good location 5 min walk to shopping center with 3 coffee shops and few restaurants. Pillows were little too firm. Mattress firm the way i prefer. Hot water dispencer in hall on each floor. Fan keeps room cool at night with the cool to cold night temperatures outside. Very basic hotel with all you need for short stay."
