"Made a late booking and was notified of property renovations in advance however check in staff absent at check in and bar staff ignored me. Room was extremely tiny, musty. and furnished with old wooden beds from the 60’s-70’s. Toilet was not working and had to be fixed and still functioned poorly. ..."

"Easily the worst overnight stay I have encountered anywhere in my travels. We had no working water heater the first 24 hours so none of us could shower. The floors were sticky.
