"The room was large and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Smart TV. In room safe. Strong wifi. Decent shower. The room was a little dated which meant nothing to us, the space and cleanliness more than made up for the decor. Hotel is really well located, right in the middle of all the action. We had room 207 and there was no noise at night time. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. They offer a continental and full breakfast, we had the full breakfast one morning and it was not the greatest. However, we did eat in the Danny Mann restaurant and the food was excellent. The bar staff were friendly as were the servers. This was our favourite hotel we stayed at in Ireland. Would definitely recommend."

"First class hotel in a great location, that is still quiet enough for a good nights sleep. Comfortable room with very friendly and attentive staff, from reception to dining and housekeeping. Tasty buffet breakfast with a good selection of both hot and cold food. I would not hesitate to stay again when in Killarney."
