"The breakfast was cold. I needed an Ada room which I got but they didn’t have a shower chair and had to find it. If they didn’t know where it was how did they know it was clean? The staff was rude and had a lousy attitude. This is the worse BW hotel I have ever stayed in "

"Clean Room. Average amenities. No cell phone charging ports anywhere in the room. Breakfast service ended much too early. "

"Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The room was disgusting. The sheets had holes in them and yellow stains all over them. We complained to the owner and he said it would be fixed right away, but 5 HOURS later nothing had been done. When we went back downstairs, the staff acted like they had no idea what we were talking about. Then the breakfast situation made it even worse. Breakfast starts at 7am, but we came down at 6:40 and watched a white guest grabbing food. When we tried to grab bagels for our kids before their 7-on-7 game, the staff immediately told us no until 7am. When my mom pointed out the other guest was already getting food, the staff said “she can because she’s leaving.” We were leaving too. So apparently the rules only apply to certain people. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I would never stay here again"

"Elevators were down so walking up the stairs was a pain with suitcases and bags. The recliner in the room was broken and there were hairs in the shower and bathroom sink that hadn’t been cleaned and there was a lot of dust everywhere. The curtains were stained with a mysterious red substance as well. Staff was friendly though!"

"It was a decent hotel but it was under construction when we got there and there was no clear indication of that during the booking process "

"Both our beds had crumbs in them. The bathtub was not clean amongst other things around the room. I was there less than 12 hours so just to simply sleep but it clearly hasn’t been taken care of in those rooms over time. There were ants all over the counters amongst many other issues… I won’t be staying there again. "

"No lights no heat broken bed "

"Staff was all very friendly. I was up that way for a medical procedure. My room was pleasant and I had a couple of great sleeps. "
