"A true gem in Ho Chi Minh City Mai House is an absolute must when visiting Ho Chi Minh City. The hotel exudes elegance and boutique charm, with superb service that makes every guest feel truly special. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The concierge team is impeccable—always attentive and ready to help with anything you need. The pool and common areas are beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing after a busy day in the city. If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be to enhance the quality of meat in the Friday and Saturday seafood buffet. That said, I will always choose Mai House for my stays in Ho Chi Minh. Thank you to the entire team for making me feel so at home."

"Just one suggestion - for those rooms with a washing machine, a clothes dryer rack as standard in the room woukd be useful. In the room we were in, there was plenty of soace to store a rack. Some clothes cannot be dried in the dryer. Also more coat hangers. Thank you, "

"If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Eastin grand hotel Saigon completely exceeded my expectations. Before arrival, I corresponded with the hotel via email regarding a number of items. Including check in process for late check ins, plug types available in the room, and airport transportation. All responses from the hotel were prompt, informative, and very helpful. Upon arrival, staff were extremely welcoming, kind, and professional, handling our bags with care, and ensuring we had everything we needed. Throughout my stay, staff were very respectful and courteous, and were quick to address any questions or requests I had. Almost all staff spoke English, and even staff who did not speak English as well were resourceful in finding ways to communicate or seeking assistance. The room was extremely clean, and hotel amenities, including the gym and pool, were fantastic. The breakfast buffet was truly the best part of our stay; there was a variety of different cuisines and breakfast items, and the coffee bar was excellent. As someone who does not travel internationally very frequently, the Eastin grand hotel Saigon quickly became our comfort space to come back to after a long, and exhausting day. Thank you to all of the staff for an amazing experience!"

"An amazing concept hotel. The staff were incredible. They were really there to make sure that your stay was nothing short of remarkable. They were polite and kind. While the room was small, they made up for it in the other communal spaces. The breakfast was probably the best we had in Vietnam (so far after more than 3 weeks). Would definitely stay again. If you do stay there, please ask for a room facing the back, if available. It is a lot quieter on that side, though the hotel does provide ear plugs."
