"Went in summer, so very quiet. Staff were friendly and when the hotel power went out communication was good and prompt. The front desk was not staffed the whole time while i was there, but this may be because of the time of year i stayed here. Very close to local shops and the room was clean and modern. The room was small, though the pictures demonstrate this too."

"Absolutely beautiful flat, very comfortable and clean, and, perfectly located! The receptionist is lovely and helped us find a parking garage when the one closest was full. Lots of wonderful places to eat nearby but also 10 minutes walk to major plazas. Just lovely! Busses to the Alhambra right on the corner!"

"This place is amazing—very new, clean, and beautifully furnished. The owners are incredibly welcoming and generous. We requested early check-in and late check-out, and they not only accommodated us but also upgraded us to a two-bedroom apartment at no extra charge. The location is excellent—very close to the city center, markets, and just a 20-minute walk to the Alhambra Palace. Beautiful city and beautiful people!"

"There was an early confusion about parking - you have to park in the city and take a taxi to the hotel. So, whilst not super convenient from that perspective, its the most common setup in Granada due to the UNESCO site etc. Loved the character of the hotel and the staff has been extremely helpful. It is very well placed next to a lot of the eatery options. The room itself was very spacious and had a fantastic character. Would definitely stay again. "
