"Good just noisy"

"1) The elevator broke 4 times between Friday to Sunday that we know of. When we checked out of Sunday, it was still broken. 2) Very clean, but wreaked of something down the hall. 3) Staff acted as if the broken elevator was normal. 4) No closet to hang clothing. 5) Very spacious 6) While we did not need an ADA room, we were given one. 7) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come again, but request a first floor room due to elevators."

"Checked in and back out 5 minutes later. The room smelled musty and moldy, everything in the room was damp. It looks like they put a quick coat of paint on the walls to hide everything that was wrong. Extremely disappointed. No refund either then I was asked if i did anything to the room or could it be re rented… shameful"

"Wasn't much of a variety for breakfast staff was great parking close to your room was hard because won't park and where they were supposed to be parking air conditioners in the room did not work good pillows were really small"

"Had a medical emergency with one of the family members in the hospital stayed two nights wanted to get my third night back. They said I could not. I will never ever use. Expedia and I will always tell friends and relatives never to use them. That is horrible. Going to tell everyone how horrible Expedia is."

"The room was clean but didn't have any dressers or storage. The breakfast restaurant was clean, delicious and had excellent servers. The outdoor pool area was spacious and clean."

"Checked in late … for first time , I was at risk of losing room because of hotel message telling me I had to check in by 6:30pm While in transit I messaged property , told them I was landing 8:30 Upon arrival they knew nothing of it "

"The staff was rude not enough parking bathtub was dirty we asked for extra towels when ours was all dirty and we were told they had none clean no bedding for the pull out couch we had to go to the store and get towels and bedding horrible I will never stay at this hotel chain again"

"The staff was helpful and the linens are good quality. The tv reception wasn't great, and the remote did not work well at all. The sofa in our room was super low as was the toilet. The breakfast was mediocre but substantial."

"Scary. Came back from dinner and 4 sheriff cars and county lady. First night neighbor had various companions all night, continued traffic. Scary traveling with my 8 year old grandson and elderly sister. Felt we were part of “Cops” episode. "
