"Incredible property. Exactly as pictured. If you’ve ever been on a 5 star African safari this is the Costa Rican equivalent. Only disappointment was our room didn’t have a volcano view as pictured but the room was incredible nonetheless and the main dining and pool area had a great view of the volcano. "

"Absolutely amazing resort and stay. The staff are so attentive to your needs and beyond friendly. The grounds were beautiful and everything was clean. The resort’s attention to detail is impressive. I would 100% recommend this resort. It’s going to be hard to find another resort like this one - it just set the bar extremely high."

"If you go to look this place up for directions use GOOGLE MAPS. Apple Maps will take you to the wrong. The room we stayed in was as described, the shower head had low water pressure and could use a new one. Rooms were cleaned and maintained everyday and the breakfast was a small buffet style Costa Rica breakfast."
