Hôtel très bien situé et confortable. Confort, propreté, modernité, situation géographique à deux pas de tout. Personnel très aimable. Mention spéciale pour Michele, qui est super sympa et donne de bons conseils sur les endroits à visiter, restauration, toujours avec de l’humour. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et varié. Le personnel du petit déjeuner est très serviable. Une excellente adresse.

Emplacement exceptionnel!! Proche de tous les sites à voir … merveilleusement placé. La chambre est spacieuse, propre et confortable. Bien insonorisé ! L'accueil est très courtois et bienveillant. Personnel efficace et sympathique… petit déjeuner très bon et la dame blonde qui dirige le petit déjeuner est d’une efficacité redoutables ! Tout est parfait pour un agréable séjour.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil chaleureux, la disponibilité et le professionnalisme de l’équipe tout au long de notre séjour. La chambre était décorée avec goût, moderne, confortable et très bien entretenue. L’emplacement est idéal : situé dans un quartier calme, l’hôtel se trouve à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la gare, ce qui en fait un excellent point de départ pour visiter les Cinque Terre. Un séjour agréable et sans souci que nous recommandons vivement.

Presque tout, à vrai dire, de l'accueil chaleureux et attentionné à la qualité des équipements, notamment la literie et la salle de bains, avec une mention spéciale pour cette dernière, spacieuse, pourvu d'une douche de qualité et, détail beaucoup trop rare dans d'autres établissements, de patères pour y suspendre vêtements ou serviettes. Petit déjeuner varié et complet.

La chambre et la sdb étaient très propres, lit confortable, petit déjeuner copieux et frais. Accueil professionnel et chaleureux, service très efficace. L'emplacement de l'hôtel à proximité de la gare, super pratique pour aller aux Cinque Terre. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à l'hôtel.

L'hôtel est très beau et les chambres sont agréables. Le personnel est super sympa et serviable. Petit déjeuner top! Et l'emplacement près de la gare est parfait pour visiter la région. Le parking sous la gare à 100m de l'hôtel est pratique.

Amazing location, just steps from strain station. Clean, spacious, and very comfortable room with great facilities. The location was convenient, and the staff are beyond excellent. They are incredibly kind, professional, and always available to help or answer any questions with a smile. Private parking is a huge benefit. Excellent breakfast with a lot of options. There is mini market just outside the hotel which has everything you need. Lockers for baggages very useful when your train is in the late evening. We would happily stay here again.

Quando voce entra na propriedade se depara com um prédio histórico incrível e que foi todo reformado na parte do hotel. Quartos amplos, limpos e muito confortável. Única melhora seria na questão do cafe da manha que é oferecido no estabelecimento em frente ao hotel mas que é apenas um cafe e croissant.

The room was very spacious, updated and clean. Located in a very convenient location - walk to La Spezia station is less than 5 minutes. Our towel warmer wasn't working for us but other than that, no complaints. Would stay here again for sure.

Amazing hotel and perfect base for exploring Cinque Terre! The staff were friendly and helpful, the location perfect for visiting Cinque Terre, and the room very comfortable, clean and spotless. The best accommodation we have ever stayed at! All the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The atmosphere was very warm and friendly, making us feel at home from the very first moment. The breakfast was amazing, and the room was beautiful and very well taken care of. Honestly, there is nothing negative to say everything was perfect!

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable, well soundproofed, and of high quality. Everything was perfectly clean, and the service was efficient. The location is ideal in La Spezia, close to the train station for easy access to the Cinque Terre. Excellent value for money.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was spotless and tastefully furnished, and the staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our visit. The hotel has a really stylish boutique atmosphere that we absolutely loved. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection of fresh options. Its location is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station, the historic center and the Harbor. If you are arriving by car, I recommend reserving parking in advance as they offer a private secure garage right next to the hotel, which made our arrival very smooth. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Very difficult to reach the rooms- it’s in a residential building, 3rd floor. No one is there to help with luggage which needed to be dragged over several steps then an old elevator. The room was clean. Amenities very basic. Overall not a bad option if you don’t have heavy luggage.

Excellent stay. The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from Centrale Station and just two blocks from the marina where ferries depart, making incredibly easy to reach the Cinque Terre. The property was spotless, well maintained, and felt very comfortable. Breakfast is such a nice touch and was much appreciated. What really stood out was the staff; friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout the stay. I would absolutely choose this hotel again over any name-brand option.

The location is ideal, and the room is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The room was also very quiet, which allowed us to rest very well. We particularly appreciated the proximity to the train station: it is only a two-minute walk away, which is perfect for visiting the five villages of the Cinque Terre. The parking is also extremely convenient, which is a real advantage in the area. Not to mention the staff, who were exceptional with us: always attentive, professional, and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent. An outstanding location for our needs.

Why not 5 stars? Very cozy, friendly atmosphere and welcoming. Everything is perfect, location, staff and service. Very new amenities and rooms. Very generous hotel, free drinks and full free stacked fridge. I love the breakfast spread and variety. Everything is perfect, I loved everything in this hotel.

Beautiful hotel in the best location, just a few steps from the train station. Recently renovated over a year and a half ago, the location is residential so it’s extremely quiet. Fantastic amenities, an excellent breakfast and the staff are very knowledgeable and truly friendly. If you’re looking for peace without being in a crowded area, this is the perfect choice. Very central and within walking distance of everything. Highly recommended.

The location is ideal and super convenient for traveling around and visiting the Cinque Terre area. Having parking available is also a huge plus in La Spezia. The staff were incredibly kind and always happy to assist with anything we needed. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh, quality products. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
