Our room was ok but on second floor and a difficult climb with suitcases. However we had an excellent meal which made up for the disappointment of the room."

"The staff we met were lovely and helpful. The online check in is not easy for people who are on bicycles for 6 hours before arriving so we weren't able to access our room. It got sorted with a phone call to a concierge and though the restaurant was closed (at what we thought was an early hour) the staff stayed to serve us lovely food. People are lovely, systems are weird. "
